Responsible for managing relationships with healthcare technology and provider organizations that have established integrations enabling their solutions to work seamlessly with the PointClickCare Senior Care platform. The Marketplace Partner Manager will engage and form meaningful relationships with vendor partners, guiding them through our certification and go-live processes and providing ongoing support.

You will manage a portfolio of strategic financial partners who enable us to provide products and services to our customers, growing current partnerships and ensuring all integrations and escalations are managed appropriately. The role involves creative problem-solving, driving progress with cross-functional teams, and building out a network of potential partners. You will manage both the tactical and operational needs of our largest partners.

Lead strategic relationships with partners who share Cabify's purpose and vision, being key to designing, managing, and scaling alliances that generate real value for users, drivers, and corporate clients. This role involves being the owner of strategic partners, ensuring solid relationships, effective collaboration, and the achievement of joint objectives. The specialist will execute the global partnerships strategy, driving initiatives that bring value to the Cabify ecosystem.
